I wanted to work BIG. Luckily the local art supply store stocked Stonehenge in 38″ x 50″ sheets. Stonehenge is a well know and long respected archival printmaking paper. I have used it for oil pastel and soft pastel works. The size of the paper was inspiring, my work space was a large open beautiful place. I could stretch out. Viewing them pinned on the wall with satisfaction, I am still here as if I were Rip Van Winkle rising after his long slumber. I loved doing these drawings.
